~ Strategic Planning Committee – 8th September 2011
~ Planning response following Croydon riots (report for the Strategic Planning Committee on 8th Sept) The report recommends “That delegated powers are granted to the Director of Planning and Building Control to determine all planning applications that propose a replacement building that is broadly comparable to the original, which requires planning permission following the riot damage of August 2011.”
